WHAT:

Get in the groove at the 17th Annual Redondo Beach Surf ‘N Turf Lobster Festival - , hosted by the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Bureau. It’s a rock and food-fest at its best, with More to Sea®. There’s more music, more food, and the most fun. This famed waterfront festival will serve fresh Maine lobster dinners, and Surf ‘N Turf steak and lobster dinners of Certified Angus Beef ® Center-Cut New York Strip Steak and Maine Lobster Tail or a stand-alone Certified Angus Beef ® Center-Cut New York Strip Steak dinner or whole Lobster.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Here’s a preview of the great bands on the roster, Friday to Sunday (check Entertainment for times): Friday will feature Buzz Campbell Rockabilly, and the
LA Allstars that launches the festivities every time. Saturday, Blue Kind takes the classics to a new level, followed by Dog N Butterfly who claims the ultimate heart tribute. In the evening, there’s Café R&B, then the LA Allstars take center stage, entertaining until closing. Sunday the local “B” Side cover band – Reactors –
performs early afternoon, followed by the Shari Puorto Band with a blend of
rock, blues, and pop. Scot Bruce as Elvis is next, strumming his guitar and
swiveling his hips in the same fabulous show he has taken worldwide.
Pretzel Logic – a Steely Dan Revue, wraps up the festival.

Friday night – “Locals Night” means half-price admission for everyone. For family
fun, mechanical bull rides will be bucking all-weekend, the super shark slide will
return for the young ones and arcade-style games with great prizes for all-ages.

ADMISSION:
Adults, $10 online and $12 at gate, Saturday and Sunday; kids aged 6-12 online
or at gate, $5; under aged 6 are free, and half-price admission for all on Friday.
Free admission with military I.D. all weekend.

ABOUT:
The 17th Annual Redondo Beach Surf ‘N Turf Lobster Festival is a three-day
eating, dancing and drinking extravaganza at Lobster-central, in the seaside paradise of Redondo Beach, where there’s More to Sea®. The Festival, held in the scenic Seaside Lagoon Park at ocean-side, features fresh Maine lobsters flown in daily
and prepared by chefs who really know how to cook them. Food booths will
offer other delectable fare and your favorite fair delights, and arts and crafts
booths will sell cool clothing, beach items, sunglasses, and accessories.
The dance floor, children’s area, mechanical bull ride, beer garden,
international food court, arts and crafts and street entertainers
round out this thrilling event, expected to attract thousands.
